The time limit is approaching a voluntary retirement in New Hampshire, New Jersey

Most of the RGGI States established to set aside the voluntary purchases of renewable energy sources for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the process. Programs, such as the EPA's green Power partnership requires that voluntary renewable energy certificate (REC) purchases of RGGI mode, if not involve a number of allowances equal to their retirement.
