Santa Clara Top "Green" Power of the community in the United States

Other normal EPA rankings communities are: Gresham, OR (126 million kWh and 12%), Corvallis, OR (100 million kWh, 15%), Bellingham, WA (92 million kWh, 13% share) and Beaverton, OR (71 million kWh, 5%).
