EPA Releases Top 50 Green Power purchasers

The environmental protection agency (EPA) green Power partnership has released its latest list of top green power purchasers. Preservation of their places at the top of the list is Intel Corporation, Kohl's Department Stores, whole Foods Market, City of Houston and Dell Inc.

There were several entrants in the Top 50 list includes: Washington, D.C. (No 14), TD Bank, n.a. (No. 15), State University of Illinois (No. 23), Pearson, Inc. (No. 27), Chicago Public schools (No 35) and Harris shall not apply to (No. 42) BD (No 19) and the Port of Portland (No. 49), as well as increased investments, almost double the green power purchases.

Together with the beginning of the 50 largest buying more than 12 billion kWh annually, or about 70% of the total amount of the EPA Green Power Partners green power commitments.

EPA's green Power partnership of more than 1 200 partner organizations who buys green power to reduce, on a voluntary basis, the normal electricity use effects on the environment., taken as a whole, I would like to purchase green power partners in more than 17 billion kWh annually.
